Megan Bourdages brings over two decades of sales experience, with the majority spent in the SaaS and HR tech industries. As a former VP of Sales and Marketing for leading HR tech companies, Megan has spearheaded global sales operations, launching and managing programs in over 60 countries.
Megan has a proven track record of building and reconfiguring underperforming sales programs, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. With a passion for training and implementing innovative sales strategies, Megan develops scalable systems that drive measurable results.
Her experience spans selling into Fortune 10 enterprises as well as SMBs, providing a unique perspective on navigating deals of all sizes. Having led global teams, Megan has honed her ability to manage across cultures and foster alignment in diverse environments.
Megan holds a degree in Marketing, attending Jacksonville University and the University of Iowa. She is dedicated to helping companies in the SaaS and HR tech spaces unlock their full potential through strategic sales leadership and tailored methodologies.
