BIO

Arnaud Bourdages

Arnaud Bourdages is a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of experience in the Global Energy sector. He began his career in 2007 after earning a Master from the Business School of Pau in France.

Arnaud joined Valaris (Offshore Drilling Contractor) in January 2007 as part of their Management Training Program and began his global work offshore on drilling rigs. Late 2011, he joined Transocean, the leading company in Offshore Drilling, where he held various leadership roles in the commercial function, before returning to Valaris in 2016 as Senior Manager of Contracts and Marketing. Over time, he advanced to Director level and, in 2020, was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, overseeing the company’s biggest and most lucrative region: Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. During his 14-year tenure at Valaris, Arnaud played a pivotal role in securing over $6 billion in contracts with oil companies while leading high-performing teams to drive significant growth.

Since 2025, Arnaud leads AMB International, a company offering specialized consulting and fractional executive services with expertise across various industries, including Energy and SaaS Tech.

Known for his strategic thinking, innovative approach and strong business acumen, Arnaud excels in negotiating complex global deals and fostering strong client relationships to deliver successful project outcomes.
